Casio G-Shock GBA-400

It’s been a while since Casio has put out a G-Shock I’d purchase on sight.  Their new GBA-400 model sports a rotary dial which allows you to flip through your music on your phone via Bluetooth.  The title of the song playing is also shown on the watch dial.

The best part of the watch is the song-title search function via SoundHound, similar to Shazam.  This functionality makes the most sense as it would eliminate having to dig your phone out wherever you’re at, opening up the Shazam app, and then activating it.  Hear a song, push a button on your watch and you’re all set.  Makes sense, right?

It’s just so unfortunate that this is a Japan-only exclusive for now, selling at ¥23,000 or about $225.
